Intro

Yumiko Tan, psychiatrist, very lazy, period. Oh and she uses a not very known art of "E-crafting".

History

She was a rather bored genius, until something happened where she nearly got stabbed by a delinquent who was harrassing some poor wimp. At that time, her "E-craft" was manifested and it beat the crap out of those delinquents. What was weirder was the people she beat up along with that wimp forgot who she was the next day. She became rather curious about what she had conjured up, and began to explore what it could do. At that same time, other people were beginning to conjure up their own E-crafts. Not that Yumiko cared...until things got irritating and she decided to step in.

After years of all that, she graduated and did further studies in a university. Eventually, she became a psychatrist and married someone. I'll reveal that someone when the time comes.

Personality

Lazy. Period. Yumiko can't really be bothered to do much unless she really needs to. Despite the aloof air she carries around her, she is capable of empathy. She will probably help out someone who's in need, but won't spoil him/her. She also kinda got some of her father's "Kiasuism". Info on that here -> [link] . She's not that "kiasu"...but you'll catch some of that.

Abilities

Yumiko's E-craft is named "The Thinker" and takes the form of that humanoid....thing that's connected to her back. It has a rather long reach, so in a battle it has more of a "poking" long-reach style. Other than that, The Thinker grants Yumiko three main abilities:

1. Variable vision - Yumiko can see in multiple kinds of vision. She could see in thermo-vision, see radiation in the air, even see kinetic and potential energy. As long as it's a form of energy, she will be able to see it. She can also willingly turn each aspect of it on and off, so she won't f*** up her perception of things around her.

2. Slow-mo vision - Yumiko is capable of speeding up the energy flow within her brain. This enables her to slow down her perception of time and view things in slow motion. She is also in full control of this ability and hence is able to avoid the whole "body can't keep up with brain" problem. This does not increase her bodily ability, though, and stuff she can't dodge is....stuff she can't dodge.

3. Power of Suggestion - The Thinker is capable of sending mind-waves carrying a set of words to anyone within it's range(around 4 metre radius). This set of words, if well chosen, can sort of "edge" the person to do something. This isn't true mind control, as the person cannot be forced to do something he/she does not want to do with this. However, it could "nudge" the person to do something he/she might want to do.

For example, if Yumiko wants some guy to sleep, she'll have to tire out the guy first and then send something like "You seem tired." "You may want to consider resting." "Rest is good." "Your body needs rest." "Go ahead and lie down." "Relax. Relax." "Sleep.". Chances are, the person will sleep. There are rare cases he won't, but normally he would sleep.

Yumiko does have another use for this power...but I'll save it for another time.
